How to Use CodeFriends - 2

Learning Tool Tutorial

On the bottom left of the screen, you can find the learning tool menu composed of Guidelines, AI Tutor, Design, Upload, Lesson Notes, Favorites, Help, and Exit.

First, click on the Help icon (ℹ️) below and check the explanations for the main features 🙂

Guidelines

Guidelines provide step-by-step instructions for coding learning and creating your own website.

AI Tutor

Feel free to ask any questions to the 24-hour AI Tutor. By pressing the FAQ button in the AI Tutor menu, you can check frequently asked questions for each lesson.

Design

The Design menu offers icons to diversify the decoration of your website. Clicking on an icon automatically saves the code needed to use it to your clipboard.

Upload

You can upload files needed for coding education and website creation, such as images, videos, and audio. You can use the uploaded files anytime by copying their URLs.

Lesson Notes

You can write notes anytime during learning. Notes are saved by lesson and can be checked anytime later.

Favorites

Save frequently studied lessons and move to them anytime.

Help

You can always revisit the main features of the CodeFriends learning tool.

Exit

Exit the learning tool and return to the lecture home screen.

One more thing!

CodeFriends provides a Deployment feature that allows you to deploy a website based on the code you wrote and create a URL to share with friends.

The Deployment feature can be experienced on the demo page or used in Chapter 3 of practice lectures (Creating a Self-Introduction Website, Building a Portfolio, Making a Promotional Website, Creating a Gallery).

CodeFriends manages the history of deployed code by version. You can load previously deployed code to continue working or download the original HTML, CSS, JS codes for each version.
